The Africa Express rifle is built on the proven strong Anson & Deeley type action for use on safari in Africa. It features Purdey’s triple bolting and a long tang for extra grip to cope with the big nitro express cartridges. The action frame and safety are carved from solid steel with a sliding push catch. The barrels are made from chrome steel tubes. The front trigger is articulated and firing pins are replaceable. A forend sideways lever produces great locking power. The action frame is border engraved. Supplied with a fixed gold “V” notch sight and a front bead plus one leaf sight.
